The food scene is a total winner! We gorged on prime steaks at White Elephant and had a fab time at nearby Americano Bar & Kitchen. The Duke Suite was absolutely lovely, and the location couldn't be better for exploring Amsterdam.
We had a bit of a tricky time with the door—it took a few attempts to get it open.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly worth every penny!

The Dukes Suite was spacious for our family, and the kitchen really came in handy for making breakfast. We also loved the picturesque views of the canals, making it perfect for our little sightseeing adventures. Fokko, the host, was incredibly welcoming and informative about local spots.
My kids wished for a larger bathroom for easier morning routines.

Spacious room with a fantastic location
We absolutely loved the spacious room with a gorgeous bath, and having a lovely balcony added a nice touch. The location was fantastic—quiet yet within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. It was a bit tricky tackling the steep stairs, so just be mindful of that if you're not great with them!

The stay featured a tastefully designed room with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The kitchenette proved handy for light meals, and we enjoyed complimentary bread in the mornings, which was a lovely touch. However, managing the steep stairs without an elevator posed a challenge, and there were moments of water pooling in the bathroom. While we appreciated the vibrant location, the overall service experience left something to be desired.
